When you submit an enquiry, Ezewag may collect your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, company name, product or service details, target country, export stage, selected service need, and the message you submit.

For security and spam prevention, the website may also record submission timestamp, IP address, browser or device information, honeypot status, CSRF token validation status, rate-limiting information, and Cloudflare Turnstile verification data when Turnstile is configured.

How we use your information

Ezewag Overseas Private Limited uses enquiry information to review your export consulting requirement, respond to your request, prepare relevant guidance, coordinate follow-up calls or messages, and improve website security and lead handling.

Email, CRM, and processors

Enquiries may be processed through server email, protected server-side fallback logs, and Zoho CRM integration when configured by Ezewag. If analytics, spam-prevention, email delivery, hosting, or CRM services are enabled, those providers may process limited information required to provide their service.

Storage and retention

Ezewag keeps enquiry records only as long as needed for business follow-up, compliance, security review, and operational records. Records that are no longer required should be deleted or anonymized as part of routine administration.

Security measures

The website uses server-side validation, sanitization, CSRF protection, honeypot checks, rate limiting, protected fallback logs, and access-denial rules for sensitive data files. No website can guarantee absolute security, but Ezewag takes reasonable steps to reduce unauthorized access and misuse.

You may request correction or deletion of your enquiry information by contacting Ezewag. We may need to retain limited records where required for legal, accounting, security, or legitimate business purposes.
